Ground beef, cheese, rice, and taco seasoning.
Begin heating the pan for the ground beef (you can use a non stick spray or butter on the pan) and start your rice. I used a quick cooking rice. Brown the ground beef on medium heat.
Once the beef is cooked strain the fat from the pan and add the taco seasoning to the beef.
Let the beef and seasoning simmer for about 10 minutes on low heat.
Once the beef and rice are done the plating can begin.
Rice is first on the plate. Then add the beef.
Finally add the shredded cheese. This is quick and flavorful meal. I have served this with corn chips and used the corn chips to scoop it up.
